SIPs constitute a large part of the timber frame industry, both for housing and commercial buildings.
We have the capability to design and detail SIPs, using the range of methodologies employed by various manufacturers in the UK market.
Design + Detailing
We can:

work with any SIP manufacturer and adopt their particular system

incorporate either SIP or solid timber splines or both

include all structural timber and steel components within our 3D model

export IFC and/or SKP 3D models for review by the design team

produce CNC machine file output for primary structural beams to enable processing on 'industry standard' Hundegger machinery

export IFC and/or DWG data for CNC cutting of bespoke steel components

supply lists of all metal fixtures that are required for frame erection
